It depends. When it comes to easy design, we could offer free sample, all you need to be responsible is the shipping fee. However, when it comes to difficult design, we will need to evaluate and offer a reasonable sample fee.
Normally, we only need 3-5 days to have your samples ready to ship out. But we need longer time for some complicated samples.
Yes, we have passed many factory audits. If you want, you are welcome to visit our factory and confirm by yourself.
